Shipping Policy
We take pride in ensuring that we dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. In most cases provided we have stock, we will ship your order the next business day.
Order Cut Off
If you place your order by 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time we will ship the following business day.
Our days of business are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (excluding public holidays)
Handling Time
Typically, we will process your order the same day its received and in most cases it will be ready for shipping the next business day.
Transit Time
We use Australia Post for shipping.
For Standard Parcel Post:
Minimum Delivery Time: 2-6 business days
Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 9 business days( for remote areas)
For Express Post:
Minimum Delivery Time: Next Business day (within the Express Post network)
Maximum Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (outside the network or for remote areas)
Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item) we will cover the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Retain your proof of purchase to assist with returns.
- A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be charged.

This policy does not limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Warranty Policy
For new equipment we pass on the warranty that the manufacture provides. In most case this is 1 year from the date of purchase. For second hand equipment we provide a warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure.
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Repairs or replacements if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
